In fact, I've always been so interested in English that I once secretly translated American comics into Japanese without publishing them anywhere, so I have an endless list of questions I could ask you! I'll take you up on your offer and share just one question, or rather my own thoughts on it… though even then, it's still long and a bit complicated:
The question is related to the title translation you just pointed out. Simply put, it's about the difference between "puberty," "growing up," and "adolescence" (with "youth" as another possible translation). According to what I've read online, "puberty" focuses on the "physical changes" that occur, while "adolescence" emphasizes the "psychological changes." In this comic, the second panel shows Mao Arimura suddenly starting to see Rinami Himesaki (from the first panel) as a woman, so I felt that a more psychological term like "adolescence" would be more fitting.
Also, even in Japanese, the phrase "思春期を患う (wazurau)" isn't actually a very common expression, but Japanese does have the idiom "恋煩い (koi-wazurai; lovesickness)," and here it's used as a playful twist on that expression, so it makes sense that you'd find it tricky. Given that nuance, I currently think "afflicted with/by adolescence" is the best choice.

As for 学マス or 学園アイドルマスター, it's a type of dating sim well-known only in Japan. Since the whole idol concept isn't very common in the English-speaking world and the game is full of uniquely Japanese content, I haven't heard anything about an English release. Still, I find it very appealing both for its character designs and its music, and I often draw fan art for it!

As a native Japanese speaker, I can say that the Japanese in this comic is very colloquial, but your translation is incredibly accurate. With your ability to read Japanese at that level, I’m sure you could play 学マス without any trouble (perhaps you’re already playing it?).
On the other hand, I still don’t really understand what conversations between teenagers in English are like, so I’d love to learn more from you about that. However, even for the short exchanges in this comic, it would take dozens of back-and-forth comments - me asking a question, you answering, me making suggestions, and you replying again - so there wouldn’t be enough space in the comment section, so I’ll refrain this time.
